Netflix announced last week that Stranger Things will be returning for a second season in 2017. Creators Matt and Ross Duffer will return to helm the horror/sci-fi show, which in its first season centered on the disappearance of a young boy in a small town in Indiana in 1983. The new season will take place in 1984, and will consist of nine episodes, up an episode from the first.
