It really didn’t take Netflix to capitalize on the success and fervor surrounding Marvel’s Punisher.
Released on Nov. 17th through the streaming service, the 13-episode run was easily one of Marvel’s most ambitious and thoughtful yet.
Following the story of Frank Castle after Season 2 of Marvel’s Daredevil, The Punisher sees our vengeful hero attempting to lead a solitary peaceful life. He’s thrust back into the fray when a notorious computer hacker named Micro enlists Castle to unearth secrets that cost both men their families.
He's just getting started. The Punisher will return for Season 2.

Season 1 of Marvel’s The Punisher traded Castle’s previous penchant for bullet-laden violence for more thoughtful undertones dealing with PTSD and acclimation to civilian life following military service. The show refrained from using violence for violence’s sake, with Jon Bernthal’s performance being tragically terrific.
How far does the conspiracy go? Go behind the scenes with the cast and crew of Marvel’s The Punisher as they explain the setting and motivations of each main character.
