Rogue One: A Star Wars Story: Behind-the-Scenes Footage and a New Poster

During the festivities today at Star Wars Celebration Europe 2016, Lucasfilm unveiled an exciting new behind-the-scenes video reel for this year’s upcoming Star Wars spinoff film, Rogue One. It brings fans a brief inside look at how director Gareth Edwards felt about shooting the film, as well as a glimpse of some of the new locations and extended views of the characters.

Lucasfilm also released a spectacular new poster for the film, as seen below:

The new poster, featuring the tagline “A Rebellion Built on Hope,” is visually stunning and depicts an on-the-ground clash between the Rebellion and the opposing stormtroopers.

Additionally, previously unreleased concept art from the upcoming film was also presented during the today’s panel.

Fans of the Force can look forward to Rogue One arriving in December, with the next saga installment, Stars Wars: Episode VIII, coming some time in 2017.
