When it comes to Adult Swim, there isn’t a show bigger than Rick & Morty. Something of a cultural phenomenon, its fans reach across a wide age gap. Weird, delightful and all kids of fun, there’s something for everyone there. Even to the point where fandom convinced McDonald’s to bring back a long dead movie-tie in sauce. Only then to collectively lose their minds, in a fashion usually unheard of. Well, now the show’s coming back after a 2 year hiatus. Actually, we’ll let the stars of the show take center stage here.

That’s exciting news, indeed! Of course, it’s all part of a Rick & Morty mega-deal that went down between Adult Swim and creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon. One that would see a massive 70 episodes, produced and doled out over the course of an undisclosed number of years. So, just don’t go expecting Season 5 in 2020 . A move not at all unexpected, as the series has had a staggered release, thus far. Something the channel has done before with other popular shows, like The Venture Bros.

What do you think of this news? Are you excited to get to see more Rick & Morty shenanigans this year? What’s your favorite episode, thus far? Let us know down in the comments. Once more concerning Season 4 comes to light, it’ll be posted here, right away. Much like Mister Meeseeks, we’ll stick around till this job is done. Hopefully we won’t have to wait to long or go to extreme lengths for a future scoop.  In the meantime, should you need to catch up on past episodes, they’re available over on the Disney-run Hulu.
