Bryan Cranston Transforms into President Lyndon B. Johnson in HBO's 'All The Way'

Bryan Cranston reprises his Tony Award-winning role as President Lyndon B. Johnson in the HBO Films presentation of ‘All the Way.’ Cranston spent 2+ hours in the make-up chair and put on a little weight to complete this stunning transformation to become Johnson.

In the trailer, we see LBJ learning of John F. Kennedy’s assassination in November of 1963, sending him from vice-president to the Oval Office. We then see the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Johnson’s campaign for the presidency that same year against challenger Barry Goldwater.

The film also features Oscar-winner Melissa Leo as Johnson’s wife, Lady Bird, Anthony Mackie as Martin Luther King, Jr., Bradley Whitford as vice-president Hubert Humphrey and Frank Langella as Sen. Richard Russell, one of the most vocal opponents of the Civil Rights Act.

The film premieres in May 2016.
