‘My Neighbors Are Dead’ Brings Back Horror Characters We Didn’t Know We Loved

Over the last few years podcasts have blown up and just about everyone and their mother has one. Including Downright Creepy, in fact we have a whole network of them! Plug Plug; Phantom Podcast Network.

We are always looking for new podcasts outside our network to share with our friends and fans. Finding a unique podcasts that brings something new to the table is often times hard to dig up. But we stumbled upon just that with ‘My Neighbors Are Dead!It is a weekly improvised podcast where host Adam Peacock interviews the lesser known characters from your favorite horror films. The show is co-produced by Adam Peacock and Nate DuFort and available on Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your audio.

This is a unique spin from the typical horror movie news / reviews or true crime podcast that have rose to prominence over the last couple years. My favorite thing about the show is that it doesn’t just focus on classics, it throws new films into the mix as well. One week they cover POLTERGEIST and the next IT FOLLOWS. It provides a nice comedic take on films we love or that are so bad they are good like JACK FROST.

The podcast features world class improv comedians each episode. Check out one of my favorite episodes below and be sure to subscribe on iTunes or Soundcloud. If you like what you hear you can also contribute to their Patron page here.
