“Few things are more beautiful than…destruction.” Spike release a new trailer last night at the MTV movie awards and it declared something ominous. THE MIST is rolling in and hell follows with it.
The new trailer is a smash cut extravaganza of death, killing and foreshadowing. It’s short and sweet at just a little over one minute – but it certainly packs a punch.
2017 is the Year of King. THE MIST is another adaptation of a Stephen King story brought to life this year along with a re-imagining of IT, CASTLE ROCK, THE DARK TOWER and other films in development. SYNOPSIS:
A small town family is torn apart by a brutal crime. As they deal with the fallout, an eerie mist rolls in, suddenly cutting them off from the rest of the world and, in some cases, each other. Family, friends and adversaries become strange bedfellows, battling the mysterious mist and its threats, fighting to maintain morality and sanity as the rules of society break down.
