During the E3 conference Microsoft revealed what “Project Scorpio” truly is…a new generation in gaming. The most powerful console known to the gaming world – XBox One X. Now you can play games in true 4K. Check out the convention trailer below.
Aside from the advance in technology the console will also feature backwards compatibility with XBox One games. Which is a relief for any gamer that longs for older titles that may not carry over to the new console. The new hardware is also compatible with all of your Xbox One accessories. X will actually be smaller than the older units that came before it. How can so much power be packed into such a small console!?
No word yet on which marquee titles will be available at the release date but one can assume Microsoft’s large franchises like Halo and Gears of War will be included.
The console price point will be $499 and be available November 7, 2017.
