Marvel is having one hell of a week ruling the airwaves. Monday saw the release of the new Captain Marvel trailer (which we couldn’t post, because Skrulls were attacking our site, at the time). This morning, well, we have one of the most hotly anticipated trailers of the entire year. That’s right, the Avengers 4 trailer is upon us! I’ll just get out of the way so you can watch the trailer already.

There’s so much going on here and yet it’s obviously just the tip of the iceberg. Tony’s trapped in space. Thanos is frolicking in fields enjoying retirement. Half the Universe still has been snapped out of existence. Not everything is dark and dour though. Hawkeye, er Ronin? Clint? We’ll go with Clint, is back cleaning up the streets, in costume. Then there’s good old Scott Lang. Having survived being stuck in the Quantum Realm after the stinger of  Ant-Man & The Wasp, his disposition still remains perfectly goofy. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

The biggest piece of information gleaned here isn’t necessarily any of the footage, but the reveal of the film’s title itself. For months people have been speculating what it could be. Picking clues from various websites, interviews and signs in swirls of coffee. We now know the official title will be Avengers: Endgame. Percent and succinct.

What do you all think of the trailer? Who are you most disappointed not to see in the footage? How do you think all this will wrap up? Let us know in the comments, or just watch the trailer 5 more times to come up with new theories! Thankfully we won’t have to wait too long to find out how things unfold, as Avengers: Endgame hits theaters, April, 2019.

Update (8:35am CST): We’ve now got a teaser poster and an official release date. Endgame is coming out on April 26th (or the 25th, if you are someone who traditionally goes to the 7pm shows a day early)!
